Construction has been in Matthews veins from birth with strong family businesses for which he worked alongside his father. Born and bred in
Lancashire, England, Matthew, his wife and three children migrated to New Zealand 10 years ago looking for the illusive work life balance.

New Zealand is now home, and Matthew has strong family values, strong work ethics and a sharp, driven desire to succeed.
Landing in New Zealand he had a little time settling in before starting his own business in the construction industry for a period of approximately 8
years prior to selling the business to an Auckland investor.

Good marketing is Matthews second language, and he is all over social media with the ability to really think outside the square and ensure that
each and every target market is reached.  The property industry has featured throughout Matthews life and it was a natural gravitational pull that lead Matthew towards being actively involved in real estate. He has a love of people and property, placing him capably with all the skills required to navigate and execute successful property transactions from the first home buyer or investor through to the grandest most luxurious sales New Zealand has to offer, with not only ease and grace but also the undeniable penchant for humour, and excellent communication!
